Medication & Food

We ask that you give 2 working days’ notice for repeat prescription requests before you collect your medication. Please note that all requests are approved by our vets in accordance with formal prescription guidelines. We consider a number of factors before dispensing medications, such as the type of medication requested and when we last saw your pet. We will contact you on the phone number or email address provided if we are unable to refill your repeat prescription.
