Healthcare Plan FAQs

Yes — you can sign up at any point in the year. Your plan runs for 12 months from the date you join, and treatments are spread evenly throughout that period.
No. The plan covers scheduled preventative treatments only — vaccinations, parasite prevention, microchipping, and health checks. Pet insurance covers unexpected illness and injury. We strongly recommend having both, as they complement each other.
Just give us a call. We'll rebook any outstanding treatments and make sure your pet is fully up to date. We'll also send you reminders so nothing gets missed.
